Dear customers of Big Lake Powersports & Marine/Southport Marina,
For most of us this was an amazing winter: We had lots of snow, which brought lots of fun! And now that the winter days are starting to come to an end, we are gaining daylight every day!
Things are going to start warming up quickly and we are going to have ourselves a beautiful summer in no time! And we here at BLPSM are ready for your boats, outboards, and pwc. We are now taking reservations for Boat slips as well as summarizations (We will prep your engines for useage as well as being in the water all summer.) We
also recommend that if you have not had your motors tuned up in the past two years that you have it done.
Boat slips will run from the lake thawing until it starts freezing. Please get on our list to ensure yourself a spot. If you had a slip last summer please make sure you have your slip reserved by the 30th of April so we will know which slips we have open to other potential tenants. If we do not receive your RSVP by the last day of April your
spot will be available to others. (Please see below for a link to our slip contract, please fill out read the information, sign and return.)
Other good news, we will be fixing the southeast docks that have been out of service for the last couple of summers, which means we will have more spaces available! Also, for those of you who love to snowmachine, we offer summer snowmachine storage for $40 a month!
Unfortunately, we have had raise our slip rates this year (our rates have not been increased in the last two years). Having a slip includes slip, parking for one vehicle, and use of launch for the boat. Additional parking passes may be purchased for $60 per vehicle for the season.
Boat Slips:
Open Water Season $550* We can e-mail or fax the slip contract if you are
Monthly: $250 unable to walk in at this time.
Weekly: $120
Weekend (2Days) $65
Daily $45
*If you purchase before April 30th you get our early bird special, which is $500 for the
entire 2009 open water season.
Please call our office to schedule your summerization and/or getting your boat from storage. As you can imagine we will be pretty busy and will not be able to stop everything to summerize your boat, so please call us at least a week in advance so we can have it ready for you!
Also, We can prep your snow machines for summer, as well as do the work that needs to be done to it for next winter!
We proudly work on all ATVs, bring yours by to be preped for hunting season!
We also have MSD certified technicians on hand Monday - Friday.
And, we do warranty work on all the products we carry! (As long as it is within factory warranty preiod, or on an Extended Service Contract.)
